Activated charcoal is a lifesaver for people like me that travel a lot and can’t always stick to high quality healthy food and it’s also great for those who like to enjoy some of the finer things in life - cocktails anyone? This stuff traps unwanted material and gas and carries them out of your body naturally.

How to do it
I like to use Bulletproof coconut charcoal when I’ve had a gluttonous meal or a couple of brews! I just pop a couple of these babies before bed and feel good as new in the morning!
How it works
When ingested, activated charcoal has millions of tiny pores that capture, bind, and remove poisons, heavy metals, and chemicals from your body before they are absorbed. Its great for acute detoxification, and for me is a good tool for detox along with other interventions like exercise, healthy diet, infrared sauna.
